Everything was simply great. Liked my quite comfortable stay in a hotel anywhere in the World. New-fashioned and warm rooms, the views out of my window were stunningly beautiful!

Really great stay, as always. The hotel was an excellent place for enjoying a great area, right by Manhattan and Brooklyn and "R "subway and other business. I was offered a room with exceptional views out of my window.

If you're looking for a quiet place to sleep and shower, this is the perfect hotel. The rooms are nice, albeit small, but that's expected in NYC. The hotel staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They even provide a free breakfast voucher for a cute nearby cafe. The hotel's location is great, with easy access to the train and plenty of things to do in the neighborhood. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Central heating, TV and a writing desk in our cosy queen room were realy useful during our stay. Ideal and decent location next to Polish Nail Spa.

This hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices. The attention to detail in the rooms is commendable, especially with the inclusion of a lamp with a king-size bed in every bedroom. Despite the limited space around the bed, the basic amenities provided are sufficient for a comfortable stay. The location is a major plus, situated in a safe area and conveniently located on a subway line. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast at a bakery around the corner is a nice touch, even if the options are somewhat limited.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to subway stations and close proximity to Atlantic station. This allowed us to explore the city conveniently and safely, even at night. The rooms were small, but comfortable with beds that provided a good night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and decently sized, allowing us to freshen up comfortably. The hotel staff was helpful and accommodating, resolving any issues promptly.

The elevator noise was slightly disturbing at times.

During my recent stay at Union Hotel, An Ascend Hotel Collection Member, I was impressed with the convenient location. Just a couple of blocks from the Union Street metro station, it was easy to explore the city. The hotel room and shower were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. These factors made my trip hassle-free and enjoyable.

We enjoyed the hotel's location as it was in a safe and upcoming neighborhood with plenty of dining and drinking options. We also appreciated the hotel's proximity to the subway, easy for us to get around this city. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to help us print tickets and even allowing us to check in an hour early. Lastly, the included breakfast was a nice touch and we found the food at the Station Cafe to be pretty good.

The hotel location is great, close to a cafe for breakfast and many really great restaurants in a Brooklyn typical restaurant. It's also near the subway which is convenient. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. The water pressure in the shower is great and they change the towels every day, which is a bonus.

The room is tiny with no dresser or chair, and the wall-mounted metal light is horrible.

Our cozy room was comfortable with a great shower and the staff were fantastic. The hotel's location was perfect with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. we had a great stay at Ascend Hotel.
